This is a 700 sq ft Outdoor entertainment paradise! The presentation features a two Pergola system with Cedar trellis tops, custom matching bases, solid Cedar columns, and Polycarbonate covering. Match this with a mega island and bar island and you are ready to entertain!
The custom Outdoor Kitchen/bar features a 36” Firestone Legacy stainless steel grill with dual side burners, warming drawers, cooler drawer, refrigerator with wine rack, double sink, three sets of access doors, drawers, sink, triple stainless steel drawers, stereo and CD-player. This is the Ultimate Island, ready to rock and roll! The L shaped island is finished with Redrock Ledge stone and matching stucco. A raised bar edge creates ample room for seating.
The entertainment Outdoor room sits in a large backyard with swimming pool, nestled within beautiful lush greenery and rolling hill top. The setting is perfect to entertain and enjoy an evening with friends and family!

The perfect Outdoor Kitchen for a perfect pool setting!
The “C” shaped Grill Island incorporates a 36” stainless steel Grill with a side burner, refrigerator, cocktail center, sink and double access doors. The Porcelain tile top with Chardonnay limestone and stucco is accented with a raised bar ledge. The island has four designer columns made of stone that complement the island.
The laminated cedar pergola is supported by four solid cedar columns. A trellis structure on top enhances the entire presentation. The entire island perfectly blends in with the surroundings. |

This is the most beautiful Outdoor room ever created!
The three rooms Pergola with its tiered look is simply breathtaking. The Chardonnay brick columns along with the stone columns make it most enchanting! The white trellis structures will provide privacy in any directions and a perfect place for climbers.
The Kitchen consists of a C shaped island. The Chardonnay brick combined with Marsh Hearthstone cooking island has a 36” Grill with a rotisserie, side burner, marine quality CD player and yes two waterfalls on the side! . We have everything covered.
Did we mention the designer see though fireplace with custom made waterfalls! Wow, wow and wow!!

My Garden Paradise
Create special comfort zones with pergolas, plants and all-weather wicker. The pergola, built to accommodate an existing fountain, features Roman ionic columns and capitals. The L-shaped design helps create an entrance, leading to a larger section that defines the outdoor room. Rope lighting on the underside of the purlins provides soft, romantic illumination that accents and gives definition to the space. The pergola also includes custom lattice which provides shade and planting possibilities. It is tented in a transparent low-profile polycarbonate covering, extending patio use during inclement weather.
Weather-proof outdoor classic wicker by Summer Classics is shown in sun-resistant ‘Dots Coral’, ‘Apple Coral’ and ‘Angel Fish’ Sunbrella fabrics. It is color-coordinated with the patio pavers, which are a unique combination of tan, charcoal and deep coral. |

Constructed with a three-piece base , the C-shaped design has angled surfaces that are locked into place with a one-piece countertop of polished marble tile. A raised bar edge creates ample room for seating.
A dramatic custom outdoor fireplace adds ambiance to any season. This is part of a three-piece system that includes a front hearth, fireplace system and on the reverse, a waterfall with seating area. The fireplace includes a 36” stainless steel wood-burning firebox with two ample built-in wood boxes on either side. What a relaxing presentation!
The 9' grill island incorporates a 36” stainless steel Firestone Legacy barbeque, refrigerator, stereo and CD-player and double access doors. The multi-level countertops and bar feature rounded edges for both comfort and spatial flow. The Outdoor gas fireplace has a tile top with Durango limestone and stucco is accented with a green leaf tile border around the perimeter. The 8' fireplace is stainless steel outdoor natural gas with log set. It is designed to mimic the curves and features of the grill island and includes prominent built-in shelving on the radius ends of the fireplace.
The laminated cedar pergola, 22' x 16' x 10' is stained in deep green to complement the tile accents and the natural patina of the limestone countertop. The Corinthian-style columns and capitals and four-sided header system add more presence and further define the space to give it more of a room-like feel. An optional transparent polycarbonate covering gives further weather protection.
